Welcome!

Welcome to my blog everyone! It is in it's very early stages at the moment but I wanted to get it up and going for those of you who have questions in hopes that you can find some of your answers here! I will try to work on it a lot tomorrow and if you have any tips or anything you would like me to post about please let me know!

  3. I'm 30 yo, first time mom w/a 5 mon old baby girl. I still have 11 lbs off baby weight to lose and on top of that another 40 I'm wanting to lose. I'm 6ft, was 256 2 wks ago but I'm doing the 4hrbody diet that I did a few years back (&was successful w/losing 22 lbs-but gave up when the holidays came) and since I've started again I'm down to 251. Ideal weight around 195-ish ;) so as you can tell I'm just starting my weight loss journey. And I look forward to following your blog.   4. Hi, I'm only starting out on my weight loss journey and I find myself at an impasse to continue toward. With having little to no access to the likes of the gym, I was wondering if you could post exercises and workout routines that could be done at home. Thank you so much, you are such an inspiration!
