Awesome job!! Thanks for all the info. I started my weight loss journey a few years ago. I do really well for a few months and then get out of my routine and lose track. I'm trying really hard to get back at it but I'm having trouble staying motivated. Going to use some of the tips you provided. Thank you again! Keep up the great work! You look AMAZING!!!
