Losing weight is not an easy feat but it is far from impossible. Exercise plays a key role in your success. I try and exercise five times a week for an hour and a half and try to do a wide variety of exercises.
I work out at planet fitness generally but am not a big fan of running on a treadmill so many times opt for the good old outdoors!
My basic daily workout consists of
*45 Minutes of cardio
(eliptical, treadmill, stair-stepper or a mix of all three)
*45 minutes of weight training
( I alternate every other day switching from legs to arms using just the basic machines at Planet fitness)
*I work my core everyday, generally on machines at PF but sometimes just at home (planking, sit-ups, and butterfly kicks are great for at home!)
......I will add a list of reps, weight, and machines asap!

Thanks for this post! You are so inspiring. I am also trying to eat clean and exercise regularly. But if I cheat a lil, then I get really upset and just have to start all over again. Thats my problem. BTW, I try to do bodypump twice a week and other days i do cardio with weight trainings. Do you think these are good enough?? Looking forward to your next posts!!
